Tomato, Cucumber & Mozzarella Salad

I have a delicious and ridiculously simple salad recipe to share with you today.  I’ve been making this for years and I absolutely love it. So good and so simple.

You’ll need:
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1 8 oz. block mozzarella cheese
Slice grape tomatoes in half.
Peel cucumber, slice lengthwise into 4 pieces, cut away most of the seeds, then chop into bite size pieces.
Cut mozzarella cheese into bite size cubes. 

Toss ingredients together. Voila! You’re done. 
You can season with a little salt if you like but I think the mozzarella gives it enough saltiness.
