Good Monday Morning! I hope you had a great weekend. Last Friday I dropped my girls off with my parents so they could spend some time with them. I have missed them bunches and can’t wait to see them again on Wednesday. They are having a blast though.
Today The Man and I are celebrating 18 years of marriage. Our life together has been blessed and I’m so thankful to have him by my side.
In case you missed it, I made a delicious discovery last week. I tried making brownies in a waffle iron and they were so good. They are super easy to make too!
I’ll admit with the girls away I haven’t done a lot of cooking this weekend. And today will be no exception since we’ll be going out to eat for our anniversary. However, I’ll get back on track with cooking tomorrow.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
Breakfast: cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, Breakfast Cookies
Anniversary dinner out
Meatloaf, creamed corn, sliced tomatoes, homemade cheddar biscuits
Sandwiches & raw veggies
