Happy Monday! I hope y’all had a great weekend. Ours was a lot of fun. Yesterday afternoon I hosted a craft party sponsored by Faber-Castell’s Creativity for Kids Craft Kits. The kids had a blast and I’ll be sharing more about it later this week.
This is our last week of summer break. We’re going to try to make the most of it which will hopefully include a day at the beach later this week. I’m also going to do a little freezer cooking to get ahead of the game for back to school.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
Breakfast: Cereal, fresh fruit, Skinny Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Scones, eggs & toast
Grilled burgers, raw veggies, chips
Chicken Alfredo, salad (kid request)
Black Bean Burritos (kid request)
Mini Meatloaves, mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits
