Monday Menu Plan 10/15/12

Good Monday Morning!  We’re halfway through October already. Can you believe it? The next couple of months will be busy with all the holiday activity so I’m going to get a bit of freezer cooking done this week to help prepare.

Have you been preparing for the holidays in any way yet, whether buying or making gifts, freezing meals, etc.?

Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.

Breakfast: muffins, cereal, eggs & biscuits, fresh fruit, nuts


Grilled chicken, creamed corn, peas, cornbread

Chicken Burritos made with Crock Pot Chicken Taco Meat(from the freezer)

Paninis, raw veggies

Pan-fried Tilapia, baked potatoes, salad

Make Your Own Pizza

Homemade Chili, cornbread
