When it comes to preparing food for a party, potluck or some other sort of gathering, I want something that is simple to make but delicious. This quick and easy appetizer fits the bill.
I love BLTs and this gives you that same flavor enjoyment (minus the lettuce of course) but in a party-friendly bite size form.
Garlic & Herb Tomato Bacon Bites
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 2 Roma tomatoes, 1/4 inch slices
- garlic & herb cheese spread
- French Baguette
Directions
- Slice 12, 1/2 inch slices from the French Baguette.
- Spread approximately 1 tsp. of garlic & herb cheese spread on bread slice.
- Top with crumbled bacon and tomato slice.
- You’re done. Enjoy!
