Good Monday morning! I hope you had a great weekend. We have company through the middle of this week. My husband’s parents arrived yesterday. We celebrated Christmas together last night and will celebrate my husband’s birthday tomorrow. Lots of celebrating this week!
Here’s what we’re eating this week:
Breakfast: nuts, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs & biscuits, breakfast bread
Dinner:
Sub sandwiches, chips, salsa, fresh fruit
Dinner out
Birthday dinner: Grilled steaks, baked potatoes, salad, Key Lime Pie with fresh whipped cream
Chicken Quesadillas
Mom’s Goulash, salad
Baked chicken, roasted potatoes, raw veggies
