Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. We’re celebrating a birthday this week which is always fun. My husband’s birthday is on Wednesday. He is 6 1/2 months younger than me so I always look forward to him catching up to me each year. *giggle*
We tried a Shrimp Roll recipe that we loved last week. It was quick, easy and very tasty.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
Breakfast: cereal, eggs & toast, nuts, fresh fruit
Husband’s Birthday Dinner- He’s still undecided about the meal but he has requested Bread Pudding for dessert.
Sweet Garlic Glazed Chicken (new to us), rice, veggies
Homemade pasta(maybe, thinking about giving this a try) with Marinara, salad
