Well-known blogger, author, and entrepreneur Crystal Paine shares her insight into making money from home in her new book Money-Making Mom: How Every Woman Can Earn More and Make a Difference.
I have been reading Crystal’s blog MoneySavingMom.com for years and have watched it grow along with Crystal’s career as an author, speaker, and entrepreneur. Needless to say, I was interested in what she had to share about making money from home and using it to make a difference.
The book is both practical and inspirational. Crystal walks the reader through the steps of figuring out why they want to start a business and gives tips to figure out how they are going to do that.
The book includes Crystal’s own personal stories of business successes and failures as well as the stories of other mom’s who have started their own businesses.
She makes it clear to the reader that creating a successful business will take hard work, focus, and determination but she also offers plenty of encouragement and advice to help the reader stay on track.
My favorite thing about this book is that she focuses on using your money for more than just getting a fatter bank account or collecting the latest gadgets. She encourages the readers to check their hearts and motivations and to view their business as an opportunity to make a difference.
If you’re wanting to figure out how to make money from home, this book is a great guide to help you move from just getting by to figuring out how to find your purpose so you can thrive.
