I love Western Omelets. And while you may typically think of them as breakfast food, they are hearty enough to make a great dinner as well.
Baking it instead of cooking it in a pan is also much easier. It does take longer but it’s one of those things you can just mix up and pop in the oven. You can take care of other things while it cooks.

I didn’t have any seasoned salt so I used a scant 1/2 tsp. of salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, and 1/8 tsp. paprika.
This dish is so flavorful! I can definitely see myself making this regularly.
This is a great one dish real food meal. If you substitute almond milk for the cow milk, this could also be a THM(S) or satisfying meal.
