When I first started following the Trim Healthy Mama plan, I’ll admit it was hard for me to not eat traditional bread items. A lot of my favorite foods involved some type or bread, including burgers. I love a good burger.
Thankfully, one of the first THM recipes I tried was for this Burger Salad. Inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac, this salad never fails to satisfy my burger craving but in a much healthier way with no processed wheat bun or fries on the side.

This is a THM(S) meal or Satisfying meal which means it has more protein and fats with limited carbs. It is filling but not heavy.
I like that you can make this salad your own by including your favorite salad toppings.
