I love my crock pot because it makes it super easy to get dinner ready. While many crock pot recipes are known for their canned cream soups and other less than healthy ingredients, there are plenty of healthy real food recipes out there.
One of my favorite is for crock pot chicken. It is simple to throw together and always turns out delicious!

I always add some carrots to the crock pot for an easy side dish. You can round out the meal with a side salad or another veggie.
