Healthy Dinner Idea: Egg Roll In A Bowl (THM, Real Food, Paleo)

One of the first meals I tried after I was introduced to the Trim Healthy Mama plan was this Egg Roll in a Bowl. This quickly became a family favorite.

I like that this recipe is easily adaptable. I never include celery in it and usually don’t have rice vinegar on hand.  I also use Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos instead of  Tamari Sauce. Although the recipe calls for ground pork, you can make it with ground beef or turkey as well. In fact, I usually make it with ground turkey. See, it’s adaptable.

This is a yummy THM(S) or satisfying meal. It can also be Paleo, just be sure to use coconut aminos instead of tamari sauce and omit rice vinegar. If you would prefer, serve it over rice for a filling real food meal.
