Baked chicken is such an easy way to get a healthy dinner on the table. I usually just marinate it in some olive oil and my favorite seasoning before baking but it’s always nice to find a new way to make it.
I’ve heard about Garlic Chicken for years but for some reason I never tried it. And then I finally did and y’all! This is so good.

The roasted garlic on top is what makes this so good. It is slightly sweet and creamy and full of flavor.
This works with all three of my healthy food types as well. It can be Paleo, Real Food, or THM compliant based on what sides you choose to serve with it.
