Baked chicken is incredibly versatile. There are so many ways to season and add flavor to the chicken while keeping it healthy.
The challenge of coming up with thirty-one healthy dinner ideas has pushed me to try new flavors like this Lemon Garlic Chicken and I am so glad. I really enjoyed this recipe. I did add a little salt for extra flavor but that’s the only adjustment I made.

This would work as a real food, Paleo, or THM main dish. While you can enjoy grains on the side as a real food meal, you’ll want to stick with veggies to keep it Paleo.
