I love the variety of “bowls” you can get at restaurants. They are always packed with lots of flavor and goodness. They are so easy to make at home and since you get to control the ingredients they’re a great way to get a healthy dinner on the table.
I’ve made burrito bowls before but ran across a recipe for a Paleo Chicken Fajita Bowl and decided to give it a try.

The spice mixture makes this dish so flavorful! If you want a more traditional bowl experience while staying Paleo, make some cauliflower rice to go with it. Since I couldn’t find any, I just used shredded lettuce.
Add some regular cooked rice to it for a delicious real food meal. Either way, this dinner is a winner.
