Healthy Dinner Idea: Spaghetti Squash with Meat Ragu (Paleo, Real Food, THM)

When I started cutting back on starchy carbs, I began finding substitutes for pasta. I found that there are several vegetables that make a good substitute. I use steamed broccoli a lot because it’s so easy to make but I love spaghetti squash as well. It does take longer to cook but it’s more like pasta.

Subbing out veggies for pasta is a great way to make dinner healthier and this Spaghetti Squash with Meat Ragu is a great example.
