I love soup for dinner when the weather starts to cool. A soup made in the crock pot is even better. It’s such an easy way to get a healthy dinner on the table.
This taco soup is deliciously creamy which is a little different than many taco soups. It is straight up comfort food and since it follows the Trim Healthy Mama guidelines it can actually be enjoyed as an “S” or satisfying meal.
