When I decided to start reducing processed food from our diet, I never dreamed that one day I’d enjoy Paleo meals. However, when I started cutting back on the starchy carbs and sugar and discovered how much better I felt, I realized why so many people enjoy eating a Paleo diet.

Laura at I’m An Organizing Junkie shared this recipe for Paleo Chili in one of her Menu Plan Monday posts. It looked really good so I decided to try it and it is delicious!

This is a delicious and hearty meal all by itself. However, if you’re not committed to Paleo, you can cook some rice to go along with it. Just pour the chili over the rice and enjoy. It’s still a yummy and healthy real food dinner.
