Weekly Menu Plan 1/2/17

Hello friends and Happy New Year! I hope you have all enjoyed a wonderful holiday season. Ours has been nice and fairly quiet. We still have a week of Christmas break left and will be enjoying some time with my family this week.

I’ve enjoyed my little break around here and am ready to get back to the regularly scheduled program.

Menu planning remains a priority. It’s the only way I can manage to get a reasonably healthy dinner on the table for my family.

Here’s our menu for the first week of the year.

Breakfast:

  • Almond Butter Banana Wraps
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal

Dinner:

  • Burgers/Burger Salad
  • Shrimp, Rice, Veggies
  • Sandwiches/Wraps
  • Dinner with family
  • Eat Out/Leftovers
